Participants' questions

How do I get into the exhibition center when I arrive on the first day?

All participants should register and get badges-passes at the registration booth, which is situated in the entrance hall of the pavilion #3. Having badges-passes you may enter the pavilion #3 of the IEC and reach your stand.

When and how can I get my exhibitor badges and why do I need them?

Exhibitor badges ensure that other exhibitors, security staff and visitors know who you are and what company you are representing. These should be carried at all times during the exhibition. They are collected from the management stand on your arrival (see above).

How do I get work passes and why do I need them?

Work passes are for your stand builders and constructors during the days of set-up and dismantling. They allow your construction team to pass freely in and out of the exhibition center. These are collected from the ITE management stand. For more information please refer to your technical manual.

How can I get my goods into the exhibition center? Do I need a permit for my personal belongings e.g. Laptop computer?

Any large boxes or trade goods that you wish to carry into the exhibition center with you and that you want to take away with you after the exhibition must be declared on the In and Out letter as explained above. Again, this is a security measure, which protects you as exhibitors
